Spirewear Terms of Service

Welcome to Spirewear. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spirewear website, online store, products, services, and related features.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from Spirewear, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

If payment has already been collected for an order that Spirewear cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Spirewear will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe communicated at checkout or elsewhere on the website.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, supply interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside Spirewear’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Customers should contact Spirewear promptly if an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or does not arrive as expected.

We may request photographs, packaging information, tracking information, or other reasonable evidence necessary to investigate the claim.

Spirewear will work with the customer and applicable shipping carrier to resolve legitimate shipping-related issues.

9. Returns and Refunds

Spirewear provides customers with 30 calendar days from the date of delivery or purchase to request an eligible return.

Returns may be accepted for merchandise that is:

• Defective or damaged
• Incorrectly shipped
• Significantly different from what was ordered or advertised
• The wrong size or fit when returned in acceptable condition
• Being returned for another reasonable and valid reason approved by Spirewear

Unless defective or damaged upon receipt, returned merchandise should generally be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging when reasonably possible.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Certain hygiene-sensitive merchandise, used merchandise, customized items, or items identified as Final Sale may not qualify for return unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discounts, promotional codes, giveaways, sales, and special offers may contain separate terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional offers cannot be combined.
• Discounts have no cash value.
• Promotions may have expiration dates.
• Spirewear may correct or cancel promotions created or distributed in error.
• Discounts may not be fraudulently reproduced, transferred, or manipulated.

11. Intellectual Property

The Spirewear name, branding, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, original artwork, written content, and other original materials associated with Spirewear may be protected by trademark, copyright, or other intellectual-property laws.

12. Customer Conduct

Customers may not use Spirewear services to:

• Commit fraud

• Abuse promotional programs
• Submit intentionally false claims, returns, or chargebacks
